Red Bobbin

I hopped along to the Pretty Dandy Flea at Broadway Cinema and the Creative Quater in Nottingham a couple of days ago and dragged my Mum (who also blogs, woohooooo) and brother (he's blogless) along with me. It's full of crafts, handmade and vintagey things. And cake. Lots of cake. One of the stalls I saw when I was there was 'Red Bobbin' (I'm not totally sure if they have a website) and it was set up by two primary school teachers who upcycle old things and make fabric back jewellery hangers (HOW CUTE?!!!), pretty blackboard plates, ornate memo boards and illustrations. All their things were absolutely gorgeous and I really wish I'd picked up something now. Oh so cute. I seriously hope there's another event soon, I. will. be. there.
